Chloe Price's Tri Bullet Necklace

This is a more descriptive re-upload of a post I made on my old Tumblr page.

I bought this necklace for a Chloe cosplay but I think of it more as an everyday accessory rather than just a piece in a cosplay. This was not bought off of Etsy but in fact is handmade for almost half the price using bullet necklaces I bought from a seller on Amazon.
To make this necklace, I bought Neptune Giftware's bullet necklaces (x). At the time of purchase, I picked up three of them for £11.96/$17.05/€15.62 * (the price for three necklaces and postage for only one of them). Before buying, I looked on Etsy and the average price was around £21/$30/€27 * excluding the cost of shipping (the price to ship items from the US to the UK is mostly around £10 so a lot of the time I only buy from European sellers).
The necklace itself is really easy to make:
The necklaces come on individual lengths of cord (sorry for being 'Captain Obvious') so you need to take each bullet off of each cord. When I did this, I kept one necklace fully together so I could understand how the cords were fastened.
For the first two bullets, I put them on the same piece of cord without attaching them individually (the bullet should come tied around the cord so it doesn't move around but with three bullets on one piece of cord, I felt like it would be better and easier to just have them dangling and not completely secured to the cord).

For the final necklace, I looked at how the cord was fastened before I took it apart. It was simply two knots on each end of the cord and it could be slid along to edit the length of the necklace so technically it could be a (quite heavy) choker if you really wanted.
Shown below is what the final knot should look like. If the knots are too bulky, then do it the other way around (does that actually make sense?). If wanted, I could create a short video explaining how I tied the knots or even made the whole necklace but I'm pretty sure it's quite self explanatory. Now you have your own tri bullet necklace like Chloe's! Unfortunately, I had a problem with one of the bullets - the cap became loose so I used metal glue of some kind (I can't remember what it's called) to glue it back on. I would recommend only wearing it occasionally and checking every now and then if any of the caps become loose. It's pure luck whether or not this happens to you. Even though this is quite annoying, for the price, it is not a bad product and is a cheap alternative to others out there.
* I purchased the necklaces in January 2015 and posted on my other Tumblr about them in the same month. I have chosen to repost the original post on this Blogspot and my new Tumblr. I cannot ensure that my currency conversions are accurate but they were accurate at the time of the original post. Also, new shops on Etsy may have posted cheaper necklaces like the one I have made, but again, the prices were accurate at the time of the original post. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
